Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bahasa vulgar yang sering diucapkan anak usia remaja dan faktor-faktor yang menyebakan penggunaan bahasa vulgar pada anak usia remaja, yaitu salah satu variasi yang dianggap bahasa kurang pantas atau sopan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data berupa teknik simak dan teknik rekam. Peroses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyimak, mencatat, dan merekam proses komunikasi yang dibawakan subjek agar data yang diperoleh lebih akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menampilkan bahwa bahasa vulgar pada remaja yang sering ditemukan bahasa vulgar seperti bagian tubuh, bahasa bersifat binatang dan bahasa kotor atau jorok. Faktor yang menyebabkan penggunaan bahasa vulgar pada remaja.
